Tranche of turbot, warm salad of new potatoes, fresh marjoram, anchovies, confit lemon, roasted fennel seeds with salsa verde
Chateaubriand for two with hand cut chips, green beans, peppercorn and béarnaise sauce *
Whole Canadian lobster for two with garlic butter, minted new potatoes and garden salad *
Pan roasted Guinea fowl breast filled with mascarpone, lemon and thyme with artichoke and herb risotto and a rich jus gras
Freshly made pasta ribbons, fricassee of New Forest wild mushrooms, wilted greens, aged Parmesan and balsamic
